Securities subject to sanctions against Russia - Update

This announcement has been updated on 4 November 2025 to update the list of securities subject to sanctions.

Clearstream Banking¹ reminds clients of the requirement to comply and ensure compliance by any of the client's underlying clients, with any applicable sanctions, including those of the EU, United States and the United Kingdom. 

Clearstream would like to provide clients with further information on the handling of specific securities linked to Russian companies. Clients should refer to the updated attached list of ISINS below. Nevertheless, the procedures published for Depository Receipts A24048/D24030 remain in place.

By instructing settlement, clients will be deemed to have ascertained whether the transaction is encompassed within the scope of the above general license, including compliance with all applicable sanctions imposed by the EU and United Kingdom.

Clients should be aware of the different scenarios mentioned below and take note that the situation is evolving and can change at any time. Clearstream Banking make no representation or warranty as to the completeness of the list attached below.
