Kazakhstan and UK: Transferring Polymetal shares to AIX
Clearstream Banking1 informs clients that effective
Polymetal shares (ISIN JE00B6T5S470 and Common Code 068800765) held with Clearstream Banking through Citibank Bank N.A. UK can be transferred to an account on the Kazakhstan AIX Registrar or another participant of AIX CSD.
Impact on customers
1. Complete the AIX securities transfer form and send it to the AIX registrar or to your custodian who will execute the process.
Please provide the following information related to the securities sender in the securities transfer form:

The form may change at any time without any prior notification. Clients are deemed to acknowledge that Clearstream Banking shall be under no obligation to verify the documentation nor to check or monitor any changes in the process or the documentation itself. Clearstream Banking does not need a copy of the securities transfer form.
2. Send a delivery instruction to Clearstream Banking as follows:

//Full delivery details to be provided if delivery is to AIX CSD
By sending a delivery instruction, clients are deemed to already have an account open with AIX Registrar or to have a link to AIX CSD directly or indirectly through a custodian. Clearstream Banking cannot offer any assistance in the account opening in Kazakhstan.
The settlement date in the delivery instruction to Clearstream Banking must match the settlement date in the securities transfer form.
3. Based on the information provided in the delivery instruction, Citibank N.A will complete a securities transfer form to deliver the securities in Kazakhstan and send it to the AIX Registrar for execution. Clients must only complete the securities transfer form for the receipt leg.
Clients are not obliged to transfer positions out of Clearstream, but once delivered externally, no receipt will be possible.
