As agreed with Euroclear Bank, Clearstream Banking1 informs clients that Bridge settlement for BGN denominated securities will be suspended End of Business Day (EOB) on

28 November 2025. 

  • Any pending unmatched instructions will be cancelled.
  • Any pending matched instructions will have to be cancelled by the Clearstream Banking client.
  • Any new instruction will be rejected.

Bridge transactions in the BGN denominated security will resume as from 2 January 2026.

Additionally, as of 8 December 2025, Clearstream Banking will reject any Bridge against payment instructions in BGN.
