CSDR penalties: April 2022 schedule impacts due to Easter holidays

Clearstream Banking1 informs customers of the following information in relation to the processing schedule for CSDR penalties in
April 2022.
Due to the Easter holidays, the penalties processing in relation to CSDR settlement fails from March 2022 will follow a special calendar in some instances.

a. For the markets Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, the local CSD (NASDAQ) will perform the payment on 27 April 2022.
The schedule for CBL/CBF-i internal and Bridge penalties remains unchanged:

Note: For non-T2S domestic markets settlement fails, the dates as communicated by each domestic market apply. Please refer to the ECSDA website for details.
For all markets, independent from the local CSDs' individual approaches, Clearstream Banking will generate the Clearstream Banking internal PFODs for its customers with trade date 21 April and settlement date 25 April 2022.
