On 24 December 2015, Clearstream Banking S.A.'s Canadian depository, Royal Bank of Canada ("RBC") advised Clearstream Banking that the issuer of the above shares has claimed that Clearstream Banking "has settled its shares directly with the company. The shares have been cancelled and there won’t be any new shares that will be issued by the company." This statement was reportedly made by a Mr Nasir Mogul.
Clearstream Banking wishes to inform holders that it has not entered into any transaction or discussion with the issuer and vigorously disputes Mr Mogul's statement. RBC has been informed of Clearstream Banking's position in writing. We are undertaking an investigation and will keep holders informed.
