account 4029 of National-Bank AG will be set up as the third-party branch of Deutsche WertpapierService Bank AG, account 7268.
OTC transactions in collective safe custody (CSC - CASCADE) and non-collective safe custody (NCSC - Creation) with value date 5 November 2018 or later must only be instructed against account 7268. OTC transactions that are instructed against account 4029 and are still pending on the conversion date will not be converted by Clearstream Banking1.
All matched and unmatched pending OTC transactions with value date 5 November 2018 or later that have already been instructed against account 4029 are generally cancelled by National-Bank AG and then reinstructed against account 7268. The counterparties of our customers must also manually cancel the matched transactions and reinstruct them against account 7268 and manually change unmatched transactions.
