T2S Release 4.0 – Information on the production launch – update

Clearstream Banking AG, Frankfurt1 informs customers about the upcoming TARGET2-Securities (T2S) Release 4.0. According to the T2S Release Concept the release will be deployed on
the weekend 13 and 14 June 2020
for business day, Monday, 15 June 2020
In this Announcement, CBF outlines the scope of the T2S Release 4.0. In June 2020, T2S will introduce six T2S Change Requests (CRs) in production. These are approved at T2S Steering Level.
In addition, the resolution for T2S Problem Tickets (PBIs) will be delivered. Based on the latest T2S reporting, 16 PBIs have been identified that might have impact on CBF’s customers acting in ICP and / or DCP mode. Customers are recommended to validate these scope elements and check whether operational and / or functional modifications in their procedures are required.
The schedule below shows the milestones related to the upcoming T2S Release 4.0:
