Clearstream Banking AG1 would like to inform customers that the new “Bank details for domestic CBF accounts for outpayments” form should be used to submit the required bank details for outpayments of credit memos to CBF and how to submit the form during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Impact on customers

CBF customers are advised to complete the attached form to provide their bank details in order to authorise CBF to transfer the respective cash of a credit memo to a specified bank account.

Customers must consider that this form is for credit memos only and not for SEPA direct debits or other purposes.

Note: The credit memo will state if the customer must submit the “Bank details for domestic CBF accounts for outpayments” form attached to this announcement.

Customers who are unable to send the original form for COVID-19 related reasons may email soft copies as PDF attachments to CBI-Customer-Data@clearstream.com. The soft copy can be either a copy of the wet ink signed original or a digitally signed PDF. This is an interim solution valid during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The original, completed and duly wet ink signed paper form must be sent to the following address as soon as possible:
