Relocation of the acceptance point for physical securities deliveries

Note: This Announcement, originally published on 8 November 2021, has been updated to confirm that there is no change to the Eurobonds delivery timeframe.

We would hereby like to inform our customers that as of

3 January 2022


it will no longer be possible to deposit physical securities at the counter of Clearstream Banking AG1 (Neue Börsenstraße 8).

The new address as of the above date will be:

Physical deliveries will then only be possible by post and courier/securities transport and must be notified to Clearstream Banking AG at the following email address with the Subject: ”AVIS” prior to dispatch:

Securities.Counter@clearstream.com 

Please note that the following information must be included in the notification of your delivery:

  • Sender
  • Number of deliveries
  • Content of the delivery
  • (ISIN, number of certificates, nominal value, certificate numbers, special features)
  • Name of the transport company (for courier/value mail)
  • Expected date of delivery
  • Tracking number
  • Value date

In order to ensure that Clearstream Banking AG can process your delivery by the value date, it is important that all the above data is included in your advice. 

Please understand that a missing or incorrect advice note will result in the rejection of the delivery at a charge in the future as of 3 January 2022.

Furthermore, Clearstream Banking AG will adjust its acceptance times for the receipt of deposited securities as follows:

Monday - Friday, from 08:30 - 13:00 (with the exception of those public holidays on which acceptance of physical securities is not possible and which Clearstream Banking AG has communicated in its separate customer information).

There will be no changes related to the delivery timeframe for Eurobonds. In case of delivery please sent a pre-advice via email.
