Clearstream Banking AG1 informs customers that effective

1 August 2022

the following changes in securities settlement of Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG will apply.

OTC transactions in collective safe custody (CSC / CASCADE) and non-collective safe custody (NCSC / Creation) as of value date 3 August 2022 and later are only to be set against the account 7057 respectively 67057 and 60883 of Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG / Matching BIC HAUKDEFFXXX. OTC trades entered against accounts 4058 or 64058 and 60916 Matching BIC LAMPDEDDXXX and still pending on the conversion date will not be converted by Clearstream Banking AG.

Contract note transactions (stock exchange transactions and inter-exchange securities transfer (PUEV)) in collective safe custody values (CSC / CASCADE) and non-collective safe custody (NCSC / Creation) are to be instructed as of value date 3 August 2022 via the corresponding accounts of Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG only. Accordingly, the Reg-Über accounts 1101, 2025 and 6313 of Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG will be used.
