Further to our Marketflash M12054 of earlier today, 30 October 2012, and according to the latest information received, please note that:

For securities settlement:

The FED is settling as normal for Treasury and Mortgage-Backed Securities, contrary to what was indicated this morning.

The Treasury auction that took place yesterday, 29 October 2012, will however only settle tomorrow Wednesday, 31 October 2012.
For asset services:

For certain securities, the Ex-dates will be modified from 30 October to 31 October 2012.

Appropriate notifications will be sent to concerned customers as soon as issued by Citibank, acting as our depository for U.S. securities.
