DTCC faced some unforeseen issues when implementing the new EPIM Workstation URL last Friday - see our Announcement A25080 from 12 November 2025.

In consequence, it was decided that users will be able to connect either via the new URL: https://epimweb.dtcc.com/home.do or the legacy one: https://portal.dtcc.com

Clearstream will communicate further on the topic as soon as DTCC will be able to pursue with the implementation of the new URL.
