Taxbox onboarding documents

Clients of Clearstream Europe AG (CEU) wishing to open a Taxbox account will find the onboarding forms in the Attachments section below.

In addition, Taxbox-only clients are required to provide the following AML documentation:

• Banking licence or equivalent;
• Trade register;
• Articles of Association;
• List of signatories;
• Ownership structure/shareholder structure (including of IDs of ultimate beneficial owners or notional beneficial owners);
• Organisational chart;
• Current, audited annual report;
• Wolfsberg FCCQ.

Note: All documents must be no more than six months old.

Once completed, the Taxbox onboarding forms and AML documentation (if applicable) must be returned to the address below:
