Clearstream Banking1 informs customers that effective
27 January 2020
the welcome page for Xact Web Portal will change.
The updated welcome page provides quick access to the standard WebCrypto and SConnect login and support pages. The legacy Java Applet login remains available via a dropdown box in the lower right corner of the screen.

The legacy Java Applet links are accessible by hovering over the label.
This change is in preparation to the full decommissioning of the Java Applet based login for the end of 2020.

January 2020
The welcome page will be updated, focusing on WebCrypto and SConnect. This page contains links to the Legacy Java Applet pages.
April 2020
Java Applet certificate (re-)generations will be deactivated. All certificate (re-)generations must be performed using WebCrypto or SConnect. Existing Java applet certificates continue to work, however forced migrations of remaining Java applet users will take place between April and November 2020.
November 2020
All Java applet features, documentation and Java support will be removed. All logins and certificate management must be performed using WebCrypto or SConnect.
Further information
All remaining Java Applet users are requested to migrate at their earliest convenience to WebCrypto. Please refer to Announcement C18011 as well as the WebCrypto migration guide for additional details.
