Clearstream Banking1 reminds its customers that effective from settlement date

2 May 2016

the first phase of the Reforma of the Spanish clearing, settlement and registry system will be taking place. This includes the implementation of a central clearing counterparty (CCP) and the migration of the settlement system for equities to the new platform (ARCO).

The securities migrating to Iberclear’s new platform ARCO are listed equities, including the Spanish regional equities, warrants and ETFs.

Clearstream Banking invites its customers to refer to announcements A15237, dated 24 March 2016, and A16050, dated 24 March 2016, for the detailed impacts of the Reforma implementation and the cutover details.
