- CA50189Q1000 – LGC Capital
Customers are asked to withdraw their positions immediately, and no later than seven (7) business days from today, by way of free of payment delivery instruction(s) certifying2 that:
- the instructed transfer is without change of beneficial ownership (“NCBO”)
- neither the investor nor any downstream intermediary is a U.S. Person.
