This page contains Governing Information.

Further to our previous communication on CSDR Customer Readiness, Clearstream Banking1 informs customers that for some non-URF (upon receipt of funds) income events an exceptional treatment will apply.

Non-URF events that have been authorised in our system before 12 May 2018 (cutover weekend) and with a payment date after the cutover weekend will be paid according to the currently existing rules and will not be subject to the procedures as outlined in our CSDR Customer Readiness document. In these cases, resulting funds will be confirmed to and available to our customers in the night prior to payment date, and will be followed by an MT566 as of today . A list of impacted events is attached to this announcement. Please note that the list is for information purposes only and may be susceptible to change.
