Update to lists of securities on 30 July 2018
Clearstream Banking1 informs customers that in view of the upcoming implementation of Projet de Loi 7253 that the Chambre des Députés of Luxembourg passed on 28 June 2018, Clearstream Banking will lift the settlement restrictions as outlined in Announcement A18095 for securities of companies primarily, directly or indirectly, active in the field of medical cannabis from 19 July 2018.
The list of securities affected by the lifting of the restrictions and an updated list of restricted securities are attached below.
