Changes to the settlement account details for the exchange and re-exchange of global bearer certificates for UK and Irish ETFs - reminder

Clearstream Banking¹ reminds customers that following announcement D18035, CBF has changed the participant ID used in the EUI Crest settlement system for the exchange and re-exchange of global bearer certificates (GBC) for UK and Irish ETFs.

Impact on customers

CBF’s new participant IDs are as follows:

• For UK securities, the CREST ID changed from 14XKL to 14XKN.
• For IE securities, the CREST ID changed from 08XMV to 00XMY.

Customers must inform their counterparties of the changes and where necessary, cancel and reinstruct with the new delivering and receiving party information in their and the counterparty’s exchange and re-exchange settlement instructions for the UK and Irish markets.
