the following changes in securities settlement of Deutsche WertpapierService Bank AG/ODDO BHF Bank AG will apply:
OTC transactions in non-collective safe custody (NCSC) values (Creation) as of value date of 20 June 2022 and later are only to be set against the Clearstream Banking S.A. (CBL) accounts 51908 (DWPBK AS TRUSTEE FOR ODDO BHF-BK AG / Matching BIC DWPBDEDDXXX), respectively 51909 (DWPBK AS TRUSTEE F.ODDO BHF-BK TAX / Matching BIC DWPBDEDDXXX).
OTC trades entered against CBF-i accounts 67668 (DWPBANK AS TRUSTEE FOR BHF-BANK AG / Matching BIC DWPBDEDDXXX) or 65037 (DWPBANK AS TRUSTEE F. BHF-BANK AG TAX / Matching BIC DWPBDEDDXXX) and still pending on the conversion date will not be converted by Clearstream Banking AG1.
All OTC transactions already entered against accounts 67668 or 65037, both matched and unmatched, before value date 20 June 2022 will still be settled via these accounts.
All matched and unmatched pending OTC transactions already entered against accounts 67668 or 65037 as of value date 20 June 2022 and later must be re-entered against accounts 51908 or 51909.
For contract note transactions (stock exchange transactions and inter-exchange securities transfer (PUEV)) in collective safe custody (CSC) values (CASCADE) and NCSC values (Creation) the process remains unchanged. Settlement will continue to take place via accounts 7668 (T2S-Party BIC DWPBDEFFBHF) or 67668 (Matching BIC DWPBDEDDXXX) of Deutsche WertpapierService Bank AG/ODDO BHF Bank AG.
