Further to Announcement C21026, Clearstream Banking1 that CreationOnline will not be decommissioned by end of this year.

This is to ensure sufficient opportunity for customers to onboard to Xact Web Portal. Clearstream Banking strongly recommends that customers migrate to Xact Web Portal as soon as possible to start benefitting from the new and unique features of Xact Web Portal.

Xact Web Portal offers all the core functionalities available in CreationOnline, as well as new and enhanced features, some of which are listed below:

  • Access to both ICSD (Creation) and CSD (T2S) settlement platforms.
  • Business Monitoring Centre that alerts customers on their specific business.
  • Dashboard providing customers with an overview of all their business indicators.
  • Powerful simulation features for Securities Financing.
  • Enhanced and improved Collateral Management Module.
  • PIBIV dashboards that allow customers to identify potential inefficiencies in settlement.
  • General Meetings.
  • Shareholder Identification module.
  • In the context of CSDR, access to the Penalties module and related services (Daily Penalties, Monthly Aggregates and Appeals) are available only on Xact Web Portal.

Xact Web Portal training videos can be viewed on the Clearstream website under Xact Web Portal Documentation.

Please note that there will be no further enhancements on CreationOnline, although it will still be accessible and any new or updated functionality will be added to Xact Web Portal.
