In order to remain transparent, in this section we disclose the respective information, such as articles of association and banking licences.

We also offer information about about the Central Securities Depository Regulation, which is designed to help regulate central securities depositories whilst also introducing measures for wider financial market infrastructures – such as clearing houses and trading venues – to help make the markets more efficient and secure.
