Issuers can continue to benefit from our services after a new issue has been distributed. Clearstream’s comprehensive suite of asset services includes income and corporate action processing, proxy voting and tax.
For issuers using our German CSD, a markup and markdown service permits the issuance of additional tranches without having to create a new global note.
In addition, issuers of securitised instruments can benefit from real-time collateral management services.
Clearstream also offers disclosure services for shareholders as well as registration services for the issuers of registered shares.
