Vestima: New URL to Clearstream Banking certificates gateway

any new order to create a certificate to access Vestima, the automated order routing service of Clearstream Banking1, must be done via the new URL https://certgateway.clearstream.com. This new URL, trusted by an external authority, avoids manually trusting the certificates at each connection. Any attempt to connect to the old IP address https://194.36.239.107 will automatically be redirected to the new one.
