New Syndicated DVP Closing Model – Market Proposal
The new syndicated distribution model has been jointly drafted with Euroclear Bank following consultations of key market players in syndicated issuances as well as ICMA and ICMSA. It aims to provide market participants with a high-level view of the new model and to collect feedback, if deemed necessary, on its implications for all actors in the issuance chain.
