U.S.A.: Change of email address for sending IRS forms

Clearstream Banking1 informs clients that effective

immediately 

all electronic copies of U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) forms for the U.S. market must be sent to Clearstream Banking through a dedicated email address used exclusively for the submission of the U.S. tax forms. Clients should no longer use the Tax Help Desk address.

Impact on clients 

Clients are requested to submit electronic copies of IRS forms to ustaxcertificates@clearstream.com and no longer to tax@clearstream.com

Important: This new email address is used exclusively for the submission of forms; any follow-up questions should be addressed to the Tax Help Desk address. Clearstream Banking will inform clients of the validity of their certificates via MT568 and/or certificates will be visible in Xact Web Portal under the Tax Certificates module.
