Reminder: Guidelines for negative interest rates on coupons
Clearstream Banking1 reminds customers that the guidelines for negative interest rates on coupons for bonds and other debt instruments held through Euroclear Bank and Clearstream Banking (the ICSDs) remain unchanged since being published on 11 August 2015.
