Uruguay: Public Financial Institutions strike announced for 25 June 2019
Clearstream Banking wishes to inform its customers of a planned 24-hour general strike called affecting the Public Financial Institutions on 25 June 2019.
The strike will affect the currency and foreign exchange market. Additionally, according to the Central Bank’s communication 2019/154, the clearing system and exchange settlement will not be available.

Customers should observe that the Central Bank of Uruguay clearing system will be closed.
