Securities lending and borrowing
South Korean securities are not eligible for CBL`s securities lending and borrowing programme.
Disclosure requirements
It is the responsibility of the CBL customer to ensure compliance with local disclosure requirements. If a requirement is not met, it is the customer who will be liable to any related penalty. Customers may wish to seek independent legal advice on the interpretation of South Korean disclosure requirements.

Foreign Exchange
Under current regulations, no foreign exchange services for KRW are available to customers other than the automatic conversion associated with purchases and sales of securities or with income/redemption payments.
