Societe Generale Frankfurt branch account migration
Clearstream Banking AG1 informs clients that effective
12 February 2024
Societe Generale Frankfurt branch 7082 and 7319 accounts will migrate to 4820.
Societe Generale Frankfurt branch 8569 account will migrate to 4999.
Societe Generale S.A. accounts 4820 and 4999 will serve as new settlement accounts of Societe Generale Frankfurt branch.
OTC transactions in collective safe custody (CSC/CASCADE) with a value date of 12 February 2024 or later can only be entered against accounts 4820 and 4999.
All matched and unmatched OTC transactions entered for accounts 7082, 7319 and 8569 that are pending on value dates 12 February 2024 or later will be cancelled and must be re-entered by the client for accounts 4820 and 4999. Counterparties must manually cancel the matched transactions and re-enter them for accounts 4820 and 4999. Unmatched transactions must also be manually altered. Running corporate actions will settle on the old accounts.
OTC transactions entered for accounts 7082, 7319 and 8569 that are pending on the switchover date of 12 February 2024 will not be altered by CBF.
