France: New version of Forms 5000 and 5001
We would like to inform our customers that further to our Announcement A17048 of 6 March 2017, the French tax authorities (FTA) have further amended Forms 5000 and 5001 (reference Cerfa 12816*03).
We are still analysing the changes and their impact. We have requested additional information from the French tax authorities and our depository in order to provide further information related to these amendments.
In the meantime, forms with reference Cerfa 12816*02 or Cerfa 12816*03 will be accepted by the FTA for the application of the Simplified procedure (form 5000) and for the requests of Standard refund (form 5001).
