Beneficial owners - Cyprus
Cypriot law does not currently recognise the nominee concept. The entity in whose name the account is opened in the Cypriot CSD is treated, for Cypriot tax purposes, as the beneficial owner of all the securities and all the securities are registered in that entity's name.
